David C. Pack: Where You Choose To Wait For My Prophecy To Come True Could Be Deadly

David C. Pack just cannot get it through his head that NO ONE in the hundreds of COG's came over to his side this past weekend.  Your failure to really trust in his god caused you to deny his god and your salvation is now at risk.  If you stay in your current COG waiting to see what happens, you are destroying your chance of salvation.    David seems to be saying, "It is better to come on over to the dark side, even if I am wrong than to stay where you are and give your money to them.  Its my money and it belongs to me.  Your questions and fears should not be part of the equation.  I am incapable of being wrong, trust me, it will be OK in the end."

Lacking the prophecy’s fulfillment, having vested themselves in the announced date, some brethren outside The Restored Church of God are surely wondering what to do now. You face a choice: wait inside God’s Church and Work—or outside

If you stay where you are, you have chosen to continue under false leaders in a place of division and deception, one drenched in false doctrine and under a false government, all while witnessing accelerating collapse around you. Of course, some may just go home. Unavailable to you will be healings, blessings and almost daily exciting announcements of God’s Church and Work. (Just view our “Behind the Work” film right after the Feast of Tabernacles to see the sharp contrast with your group.) Or would you rather support the exciting Work of God being done in His Church, under His government, in His full truth, while experiencing the peace, joy, love and unity only possible in one Church?

The only real alternative you have is to follow Christ’s Spirit back to His Church.

Think hard about what you will do. You do not need to wait until our next “Fruits” letter highlights how we continue to explode in growth and the reach of the Work while other groups do not. You need not miss out.

Do not stake your salvation on the timing of the Haggai/Zechariah prophecy. I repeat a final time. The prophecy is TRUE. Just next week’s announcement will inspire you beyond belief—it is way beyond what you could imagine! Don’t miss it!

David C. Pack: I Join With The Apostles In Their Prophetic Failures

Davey, the worlds most mind boggling COG leader ever to exist since Jesus Christ, now has placed himself on par with the Apostles.  Dream on little guy, dream on!

Davey says, "I could not deny the nightmare that I had and I just HAD to share it with you all.  Don't blame me because my god pulled a fast one on me."

I join the apostles who misunderstood certain prophetic timelines. (But so have all of you old-timers in the Church done the same.) I could not deny what appeared to be the obvious year of this incredibly unique prophecy—unlike all others where one could not know the year, such as the day of Christ’s return. With one of my roles to warn God’s people, I could not just pass over the timing-related elements of the prophecy. The prophecy carried a certain urgency. Think of Haggai 1:4, 5, 7 and 8 and God’s instruction to the remnant. Many things pointed to this taking place soon. (Just think of the many events occurring in the world that cry out for a big, unified Work!) You will learn after the Feast whether this is still true.

A Bit of Intuitive Commentary On The Theological Mistakes of David W. Weinland

"How Long Will You Wait for God’s Prophecies?"

(Bible Code for "You people don't get it.")

This is the first of about three more announcements to be posted about the Haggai/Zechariah prophecy. Ok Dave...Is it 2 or 3?  Perhaps 3 or 4?  One says "about a dozen" but one never says "about 3."  It is either 2, 3, or 4.  Thousands of brethren, literally, in the splinters have read some or all of the previous 25 announcements. (Over 27,000 of the “God’s People Back Together—Soon!” series have been downloaded) We have the numbers! It is clear that some brethren ARE “considering their ways.” Not many. We have many emails attesting to this.   Oh for Pete's sake.  I looked over 437 times myself!  Actually all you really have now is 27,000 more folk who know you were and are mistaken after months of bluster and hubris over just how sure you were about what Christ was doing and your part in it all.  You messed up Dave and all the rewrites, redactions and editing will not impress a critical thinker.  I know you do have non critical thinkers in RCG going for you, but most of the 27,000 aren't in that number.  Most were those opposed to you checking up on what the next stupid thing out of your mouth was going to be. That is wonderful to see.Yes, when you understand what I just said, it is wonderful for us but not so wonderful for you.

Dynamic Periodic Table

The next announcements will explain additional expansive elements of the Haggai/Zechariah prophecy that none of us here had seen.Bzzzzzzzzzzz...thanks for playing Dave but no, they will not be expansive elements of anything none of us here had not seen.  It will be more bullshit you make up in the next few weeks to recover from your mistakes and fairy tales.  We see plainly.  Rather than saying you were wrong and mistaken, you are trying to make the weak of mind to think there was just more the great "we" did not understand.  You are playing mind games, with them and with yourself. They will open your eyes to things God has long intended to do with His end-time Church and Work that no one ever understood before, and you will see that His Word is PLAIN! These announcements will bring clarity to questions about “dates,” and how brethren should now view the “when” of the Haggai/Zechariah prophecy’s fulfillment. Sorry...bzzzzzzzzzzzzz again and thanks for playing but that is the wrong answer.  You are not any God's end time anything that He/She or It intended to do anything with.  This is all in your untrained, undisciplined and uninformed mind.  There is nothing "Plain" about anything and if anything you have, once again, succeeded in fogging up the mirror that we already see darkly in.  "Clarity" about dates and "how brethren should now view the 'when'" is , once again, making excuses for your failures and back peddling.  How about you bring some clarity to yourself on this business of "when" and "dates."   Telling the brethren how  they should "now view" anything shows you are making shit up again to cover your ass.  Sorry, I don't know how to say this any more kindly in this matter.

Before covering vital points and scriptures that all should now keep in mind, it is of course obvious there was an error in the prophecy’s timing.Yes there was Dave, and anything you add now to try and remedy this error will simply be more error you will be sucking up by years end.  There may be other details that are wrong. Oh there are and they are not just in the details.  They are in the premise.  I always knew this and said it to the Church more than once. Really?  You didn't sound like you always knew this in print.  In fact, we are still learning additional elements of it.No you're not Dave.  You're struggling to make more shit up to cover your ass.  I already told you that.  Mr. Armstrong puzzled and puzzled and puzzled over certain much less complicated prophecies. So are you saying if HWA puzzled over much less complicated things, then how much more puzzling are you doing over complicated stuff?  Are you saying, if he struggled with simple things how much more do you struggle over the harder things he had no clue about?  Really, it's more like he struggled over the meaning of sheep poop but your struggle is over explaining more complicated cow pies?  But...it's all shi....well you know.  He often said that things he learned came over time—not all right away, or even close in some cases. There are points we learned “late” in what is an enormously complex prophecy. We knew from early on in our pursuit of the truth that this prophecy did not carry with it the kind of time that Mr. Armstrong always had to properly sort through prophecies—ones that, however great in magnitude as we know some are, were simpler to understand. Huh?  Say that again?  Sounds like gibberish to me.  Are you saying of course you didn't get it right because it's more complicated?  You should have warned us last month of this reality.  "Warning...this stuff is complicated and I could be way off here."   That would have been nice...

I will explain a week after the Feast EXACTLY.  I'd be real careful of that word if I was you.  We've already been through that "exactly" thing last month   what was misunderstood about the prophecy’s timing. Oh Dave, you nut.  We can see through this one. Of course you will leave some made up suspense for after the Feast. There are offering you desperately need to be taken up before you really screw it all up.  It appears we will not be waiting a long time—not another year—for its fulfillment. (Earlier announcements have been corrected.) How about you explain it right now?  We don't want to wait until after the feast.  What do you mean "it appears..."?   If it appears now, appear it now for all of us so we can decide just where we actually wish to go for the Feast.  You should also say, "earlier mistakes and bullshit I just made up have been corrected."  Just sayin'.  Next Friday, I will post another one detailing three crucial elements that were previously unexplained, with three more to be explained after the Feast. David, David...we grow weary of this off putting approach to what you clearly already think you know.  It's not 1967 you know.  We don't go for that suspense stuff anymore.  If you know it now, then tell it now.  After all, that was one of your huge proofs of it being this year remember.  Why would God inform you this year if was not this year or want you to wait to prepare.  We don't want to wait weeks more.  If you know it now then God wants you to tell it NOW.  Like this weekend now! Tell us now so we can plan our route to the proper feast site.  You just made up these six "crucial elements previously unexplained" didn't you?  Or did you withhold them?  Nah...I think you are just making more shit up as you go...sorry.  Not to be crude but this is important life shit.
Make Mistakes (Lots of Them) | 1000 Life Lessons

Make no mistake  But you did..... THE PROPHECY STANDS.Well now wait a minute.  You mean the altered and amended prophecy stands right?  Not the original one.  It failed.  You did set dates and Eluled us with them.  It was how God simply had to do his work on a schedule and that was it.  I have copies of it.   Because it was never my prophecy, but rather God’s, it WILL come to pass. The whether and what of the prophecy have not changed, only the WHEN. It's always the "when" isn't it Dave.  Ron Weinland had the same problem.  Dave, how about you just let this topic go for now and forget about it.  God obviously has not included you in knowing anything. Actually it is YOUR prophecy as you have made Haggai mean what it never meant or ever will mean.  You will learn that in the days and months to come.  You learned it last month but the lesson escaped you and your stuck in their seats members, so it will circle around again for a second time or until you get it.

However, since we're amending prophecies to fit what actually didn't happen as preached...I have learned the true meaning of Zechariah 11.  It came to me in a night vision after a halibut sandwich with onion rings.

Zechariah 11

New International Version (NIV)

11 Open your doors, Lebanon,
so that fire may devour your cedars!

Lebanon is near Cincinnati, home of you know what church and "cedars" is the Hebrew word for "announcements , and/or screeds of questionable theological worth."  God is wanting to clear out the files of your past writings in the other churches of God.

Wail, you juniper, for the cedar has fallen;
    the stately trees are ruined!
Wail, oaks of Bashan;
the dense forest has been cut down!

"Juniper" is the Hebrew word for "lurker" as in "those who have lurked on Banned HWA."  It is simply telling them that your "announcements and screeds of questionable theological worth," have been cut down and burned up.  They are to get on with their lives now.

 Listen to the wail of the shepherds;
    their rich pastures are destroyed!
Listen to the roar of the lions;
the lush thicket of the Jordan is ruined!

This would be your ministry in RCG.  They are embarrassed and anxious and kicking themselves for putting things on credit you said would be paid for by the huddled masses yearning to be free.  The Lions are their wives not a little upset and saying,  "I told you this was going to happen.  Why did you listen to that so and so..."  "Jordan" is Hebrew for "our plans."

Two Shepherds

This is what the Lord my God says: “Shepherd the flock marked for slaughter. Their buyers slaughter them and go unpunished. Those who sell them say, ‘Praise the Lord, I am rich!’ Their own shepherds do not spare them. For I will no longer have pity on the people of the land,” declares the Lord. “I will give everyone into the hands of their neighbors and their king. They will devastate the land, and I will not rescue anyone from their hands.”

Again, think ministers of the Restored Church of God.  What part don't you agree with?   Can you explain why you disagree?  Do you think it is ok to disagree with Dennis and Gary?  Pull big triggers on this one!  This indicates that not only will no one come to RCG or their ministry  but that members of RCG will go to the other splinters for comfort and relief.  God has lost his patience in this matter.

So I shepherded the flock marked for slaughter, particularly the oppressed of the flock. Then I took two staffs and called one Favor and the other Union, and I shepherded the flock. In one month I got rid of the three shepherds.

Now..think again.  Mr. Dennis  is predicted to be the "Favor to Come." (You can't imagine how uncomfy even saying this in jest is)  Mr. Gary of Banned HWA, and I will prove the significance of this name shortly, is "Unifier." Think now!  Of what?  Of sane people of course!!!   In one month, the month of August, God exposed, i.e. "got rid of"  three shepherds.  The first was you Dave.  The Second was  Dale Schurter and the third was Larry McElroy, who I don't know but is a type I'm pretty sure and qualifies.

The flock detested me, and I grew weary of them and said, “I will not be your shepherd. Let the dying die, and the perishing perish. Let those who are left eat one another’s flesh.”

Oh yes...Mr.Gary and  Mr. Dennis have gotten some pretty harsh emails and they wanted to give up but God encouraged them by revealing they are spoken of in Zechariah as Favor and Unifier.  That helped a lot and they will see this through.  They care about how this turns out for good folk.

10 Then I took my staff called Favor and broke it, revoking the covenant I had made with all the nations. 11 It was revoked on that day, and so the oppressed of the flock who were watching me knew it was the word of the Lord.

Think!  This is an inset comment going back into the past for emphasis.  Accept this!  God "broke" Mr. Dennis of the COG habit and mindset.  It was messy and painful and Dan Rogers called in one day, actually after Bible study at 10 PM , but it's a type, and his church knew it was over as did he.  Credentials, insurance, third tithe check books, church account, the books they sent him to study but only certain parts...all gone in one day!!!  But it was God's will.  Messy as hell, but God's will nonetheless.

12 I told them, “If you think it best, give me my pay; but if not, keep it.” So they paid me thirty pieces of silver.

There was to be some severance pay but only a few months and then told Mr. Dennis to be warmed and be filled and that they would pray for him.  "Keep it" is the Hebrew idiom for "shove it."

13 And the Lord said to me, “Throw it to the potter”—the handsome price at which they valued me! So I took the thirty pieces of silver and threw them to the potter at the house of the Lord.

This is Bible code for "give it to the therapeutic massage school and learn a new trade. Rub people the right way for a change!" saith the Lord

14 Then I broke my second staff called Union, breaking the family bond between Judah and Israel.

Then it was Mr. Gary's turn.  Judah and Israel is Bible talk for HWA and Joe Tkach.  The split turned Mr. Gary loose and the Hebrew word is "Banned" not "Bands" as in some translations.  I think you get my drift.  These are a type of the Two Witnesses that shall devour with fire coming out of their mouths.  Think!  What word don't you understand?

15 Then the Lord said to me, “Take again the equipment of a foolish shepherd. 16 For I am going to raise up a shepherd over the land who will not care for the lost, or seek the young, or heal the injured, or feed the healthy, but will eat the meat of the choice sheep, tearing off their hooves.

This is YOU Dave.  Again...think!   Bigger triggers! Pull them!  "equipment" is the Hebrew word for "stuff, campus, buildings, things, Steuben, lawn mowers and wood trim."   Verse 16 is an expansion of 15.  It is you Dave.  "Tearing off their hooves" is Hebrew for "cutting the rug out from under them."  It implies a certain covetousness over the choice sheep of other leaders and what you would be willing to do to get them into your fold.

1
“Woe to the worthless shepherd,
    who deserts the flock!

Which was done when you lead them one way with one set of supposed prophecy and then modify it after the failure thereof and want to take them in yet another direction..  Instead of taking responsibility, this bad shepherd will blame the sheep.  Baaaaaaaaaaad move.

May the sword strike his arm and his right eye!
May his arm be completely withered,
    his right eye totally blinded!”

Ouch!  Not to mention the fleas of a thousand camels.....

David C. Pack: Prophecy Is A Failure When It Is Fulfilled and Turns Into History..... or Something Like That

The convoluted reasoning of Davey is getting worse by the minute.  Can this guy not see how stupid he sounds?

I Corinthians 13 speaks of prophecy in the context of love: “Love never fails: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail [every prophecy eventually fails when it is fulfilled and turns into history—it fails at that point to any longer be prophecy]…For we know IN PART and we prophesy [inspired preaching] IN PART. But when that which is perfect is come [referring to prophecy], then that which is IN PART shall be done away” (vs. 8-10). Paul reminded the Corinthians that there are always elements within prophetic events which we do not have. We only have a partial picture. But everyone wants the complete picture. I certainly do. But God says knowing “part” must be enough, with faith in God through His Word necessary to fill in the rest. Remember, most in the world are permitted to know very little or nothing of prophecy.

David C Pack: Your Refusal To Believe My 'god' Can Change Its Mind Is Proof of Your Sinfulness

David C. Pack is now shifting blame for his grossly public failure to the bad attitudes of COG members.  They criticize him now because they refuse to admit his god may have changed his mind.  Davey never made a mistakes, his god delayed the great reunification, so live with it!

Since his god has apparently changed its mind, the the people should be willing to shift their beliefs to a new time frame.  Its still going to happen, but just on a different date.

Christians should always want God’s will in every matter. This includes matters of prophetic timing. If God intends to fulfill this prophecy in another timeframe, then Christians should want that timeframe, not their own. God’s will is to be done on Earth in every regard, and we are to be praying for this every day (Matt. 6:10). Think of the coming of God’s kingdom. While we all want to see it come tomorrow—TODAY would be better—we should want God’s timing more than our own. Seeking God’s will in everything is always the Christian path. This includes prophecy.

So then, how long will you wait for prophecy? The answer should be until God’s will is done. I realize that disbelieving accusers are never going to wait for what they do not believe. Having never believed the prophecy as it was revealed in the first place, they are certainly not going to start now. But the prophecy is true—right!—and it will occur whether or not you wait for God.

David C. Pack: I Have Been Waiting For 47 Years For Christ To Return, Don't Get Pissed At Me For A Wrong Date

As usual, it is all about Davey. Davey has been waiting patiently for Jesus Christ to return for 47 years now.  Because of his sterling example you have no right to criticize him for giving out a wrong date.  He does not criticize Jesus Christ for not returning, so you cannot criticize him.

When things took longer, did the apostles panic, leave the Church and give up Christianity? No! They waited on God. This is what Christians do! These men remembered Christ’s words: “In your patience possess you your lives” (Luke 21:19).

God’s people are today waiting for many prophecies to be fulfilled—with this new one to come first. For over 47 years, I have been waiting for Christ’s Return, waiting for great prophecies to be fulfilled, waiting to be born into the kingdom of God, waiting for the Day of the Lord, waiting for protection in the place of safety and waiting for the abomination to appear. If you are watching as Christ commanded, so also have you been waiting. And still, as of yet, NONE of these events have happened. Not one.

David C. Pack: If the Apostles Could Be 2,000 Years Off on the Expected Return of Christ, Then You Should Not Be Upset With Me for A Wrong Date

David C. Pack now has placed himself in league with all the Apostles and Jesus' own bothers.  They were all wrong on their dates so he can be too.

The big difference between the Apostles and Davey is that Davey gave a specific date.  All the Apostles were looking at a future date, knowing full well that it was at least sometime in the future with the hope it would be in their lifetime.  Davey said it was happening specifically by August 31, 2013.  Davey was not about some future date, but a specific date that was immediate.

Think of the original apostles. They watched and waited year after year after year for Christ’s Return, absolutely believing this would happen in their lifetimes (I Cor. 15:51; I Thes. 4:15). Yet they were off by almost 2,000 years—a full THIRD of the entire length of God’s Plan! However rare, some few may think about this. Here’s what virtually no one reflects on. There was much more that they were waiting on and believed they would live to see—all of the OTHER events preceding Christ’s Return: the falling away, the Four Horsemen of Revelation, the arrival of the Beast, the False Prophet, the abomination of desolation, Jerusalem surrounded by armies, being taken to safety, as well as the Tribulation, Heavenly Signs and Day of the Lord. For decades, the apostles’ senses told them that all of these things lay just over the horizon—that they would live to see ALL of them fulfilled. Think. ALL of the apostles—every one of them!—got ALL MATTERS wrong in regard to timing—EVERYTHING!—and for almost an entire LIFETIME—again, including being off by 2,000 YEARS. Two were Christ’s own brothers, James and Jude. Two more, Peter and Paul, were leading apostles. It is no wonder that Mr. Armstrong himself was wrong for a time regarding Christ’s

Return—and thus also was necessarily incorrect about the timing of everything prophetic that preceded it. But only his enemies crucified him. Mr. Armstrong lived to see virtually none—NONE!—of the things that he expected to see. I wonder how many brethren—first century or twentieth century—gave up on big prophecies because the apostles—first century or twentieth century—had their timing wrong. These men did not have the prophecies themselves wrong, but merely only the TIMING. Get the difference.
In Davey speak this translates into: "If they can get a date wrong, so can't I; so live with it!"

Dave Says He Is "Waiting", but on What?

David C Pack says he and the entire church is writing for the day they can all become one Church of God again.  He then goes on to quote several scriptures to back up his "truth."

True  Christians are not "waiting" for some grand reunification of the Churches of God.

True Christians are those that wait on the return of Jesus Christ with great expectations.

Consider Zechariah 11:11. When God breaks his staff called “Grace,” it says: “…the poor of the flock that waited upon Me [God] knew that it was the word of the Lord.” This is a fascinating statement. We all are waiting for reunification. But a unique group called the “poor of the flock”—the prophecy reveals this to be God’s true people—are waiting on God. Waiting for God’s purpose to be fulfilled is nothing new for true Christians. The scriptures are filled with examples of God’s people waiting on Him—for healing, deliverance, guidance, a mate, a child, a job, prophecy to be fulfilled, and ultimately salvation. Notice just a few quotes from the Psalms, as well as one from James and one from Daniel:

Psalm 25:3, 5, 21: “Yes, let none that wait on You be ashamed…Lead me in Your truth, and teach me: for You are the God of my salvation; on You do I wait all the day…Let integrity and uprightness preserve me: for I wait on You.”
Psalm 27:14: “Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.”
Psalm 37:7, 9, 34: “Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him…those that wait upon the Lord, they shall inherit the earth…Wait on the Lord, and keep His way…”
Psalm 52:9: “…I will wait on Your name; for it is good before your saints.”
Psalm 59:9: “Because of His strength will I wait upon You: for God is my defence.”
Psalm 62:5: “My soul, wait you only upon God; for my expectation is from Him.”
Psalm 69:3: “I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail while I wait for my God.”
Psalm 69:6: “Let not them that wait on You, O Lord God of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek You be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel.”

David C. Pack Admits He Made An Itty-Bitty Error, It is All Still True, but the Timing Was Off, That's All

Davey wants you to know that his prophecy was 100% correct, it is just that his timing was off.  apparently his impotent god lied to him the first go around.

Before covering vital points and scriptures that all should now keep in mind, it is of course obvious there was an error in the prophecy’s timing. There may be other details that are wrong. I always knew this and said it to the Church more than once. In fact, we are still learning additional elements of it.

Mr. Armstrong puzzled and puzzled and puzzled over certain much less complicated prophecies.

Because Davey got caught with his pants down lying about something that never came true, Davey  and crew went back and changed dates to better fit his new understanding.
I will explain a week after the Feast EXACTLY what was misunderstood about the prophecy’s timing. It appears we will not be waiting a long time—not another year—for its fulfillment. (Earlier announcements have been corrected.) Next Friday, I will post another one detailing three crucial elements that were previously unexplained, with three more to be explained after the Feast.

Make no mistake. THE PROPHECY STANDS. Because it was never my prophecy, but rather God’s, it WILL come to pass. The whether and what of the prophecy have not changed, only the WHEN.

This is the same bullshit that Armstrongite worshipers use today when they talk about HWA;s prophecies. Not a single one has ever come true, but they might some day in the future.

David C Pack Says: We Have the NUMBERS, EMAILS, and LETTERS Even Though No One Joined Us, Are You Impressed??????

After stating three weeks ago that he was finished with his missives to the Church of God members in the various splinter groups, Dave is back making excuses as to why hisPROMISED and ASSURED prophecy WOULD be happening.

Those of us onthis blog and many others knew that Dave was goign to fail.  Every single Church of GOd evanglist and leader who has everuettered a propechy that tehy said would come true has been provento be liars, including David C. Pack.  WEveryoneknew that whenhis great reuniifcation did ntohappenhe would be backmaking excuses.

While enormously disappointed that NO ONE jumped ship to hsi group, Dave is very proud of the fact that they have the NUMBERS and letters from inquiringCOG members.  So...................
Not a single one of thes epoepel joine dup with Davey. So what ishte big deal with a bunch of "numbers, letters and emails.

Little impotent men always have to look at the numbers in order to make themselves look bigger than they are.  HWA was a short little man who had to over compensate for that by being mean and nasty.  Rod Meredith was always considered weak and small in stature, so he had to over-compensate his masculinity.  Dave Pack, while being tall and lanky and over-powering at times does not have the facilities to impress people and inspire.  He over-compensates for the rejection by being adamant and forceful in his demeanor. Scre the shit out of peopel and they will fer you, and that is what Davey does.
This is the first of about three more announcements to be posted about the Haggai/Zechariah prophecy. Thousands of brethren, literally, in the splinters have read some or all of the previous 25 announcements. (Over 27,000 of the “God’s People Back Together—Soon!” series have been downloaded) We have the numbers! It is clear that some brethren ARE “considering their ways.” We have many emails attesting to this. That is wonderful to see. The next announcements will explain additional expansive elements of the Haggai/Zechariah prophecy that none of us here had seen.

From the last needed announcement by David C Pack on the immediate fulfillment of Haggai and August 31, 2012

Four weeks ago Dave wrapped it up saying...

“Notification” by God

"Some weeks ago, when explaining the year that the prophecy is fulfilled, I listed perhaps two dozen reasons for 2013. There are perhaps twice that many more reasons that have been listed by those of us inside the process of learning what God is doing. There is no point in enumerating them all because they would merely be lampooned by scoffers and mockers who in many cases might not even respond to the prophecy when they SEE it! For those who wish to be objective, but who take as a starting point that they do not believe the year of the prophecy’s fulfillment is 2013, ask why you disagree with the internal elements of the prophecy itself. I have put in a great many hours preparing what you read because there is value in getting people to think about what will happen BEFORE it happens. If you are among those who agree with the prophecy but have decided that some later year carries a better chance for fulfillment, then you are probably already at least a little bit “considering your ways” as God instructs twice in Haggai 1. This much is good. The job was never mine to convince you of the prophecy, but rather to inform you in the spirit of God’s promise in Amos 3:7, explained last Friday. It is God’s job to convince you of EVERYTHING He is going to do. His servants merely inform you, knowing they are powerless to convince. Grasp this difference."  (In other words....don't blame me!)

Is this the soon to be announced wiggle room  coming out of last week's debacle? Will it center on getting the year right and not the specifics of August?  There were specifics of August you know.   Dave said he knew the year and this year makes the most sense.   The date of the beginning of sorrows may have been August 31st but the year has four more months to go.   Whew!

I still marvel at Dave being so stupid in doing this and how unlike him it was and is, unless he left himself an out.  I suspect he has more in the pot brewing to keep it going awhile.

Beats saying "I was mistaken," or "I guess Haggai never meant what I said it did."   It's tough explaining why, no matter what it appears to be, one is always right.  It takes skill and hours of heavy thinking after things don't actually work out as projected.

We'll see..........

Mr. Diehl repents

Homer Simpson Doh Pictures

I have repented and removed my mistaken view that David C. Pack had a bad case of Illeism, which is the habit of speaking in the third person , i.e.  "Mr Pack will have more never before understood knowledge about the Haggai Prophecy shortly..."   I mistook , evidently, an authorised biography for an autobiograpy. His writer must have written his announcement of upcoming announcements.   May Dave Pack be able to do the same thing when he realizes his mistaken view of Haggai and himself...

Just for the record: David Pack's story was an authorised biography, not an autobiography, as you claim.

Thanks for your clarification Anonymous.  Really...thanks!

Restored Church of God Advertising Gone Wrong (Updated)

News article is here:

This was sent to me this morning.  Talk about bad advertising placement!

Davey Pack is attempting to get his word out to all the pagans so that they will know who the superfantabulous Restored Church of God is.  Way to go Davey!  This is really impressive!

Here is another one.

The Museum of Hoaxes.
Considering Dave Pack's recent hoax on the COG's, this is appropriate!

E. W. King Forbids Alcohol and Vegetarianism Because He Is Now A Kind of Zadok the Priest or Something.....

Eric King had a nightmare the other night.  In that nightmare his god came to him to reveal new hidden knowledge. Kind of in the same vein as the  nightmare that Loma Armstrong had decades ago that led HWA to turn religion into a business.

In King's nightmare, it was revealed to him that as the "porter" of the new and improved Worldwide Church of God he is also a type of Zadok the priest.  As the Zadok "porter" of the WCG he has to set the example and swear off alcohol.

What is with these idiots calling themselves "Mr." all the time?

This Revelation was received on July 5th of 2013 and is now given to ALL COGSR members and students. Please do not take this instruction lightly but with prayer and fasting.

As many of you know we here at the true Worldwide Church of God do not believe that it is a sin to drink alcohol in moderation. We are against the use of tobacco and the eating of unclean foods. As of July 5th 2013 I myself have stopped all use of alcohol. Why? During this 7th Church Era God is revealing “seventh church time revelation”. God is calling us to become a Holy Nation. Jesus Christ is the King of the Zadok [Melchizedek]. We read of the Zadok; “No priest shall drink wine when he enters the inner court.” [Ezekiel 44:21] Those “gate keepers” of the “outer gate” will not feel called to obey this commandment. But the “porter” of the inner gate [the Zadok] will not drink alcohol.
We read that in Acts 10:9-28 the apostle Peter received a dream while he was very hungry. In the dream God presented a “great sheet” coming down from heaven which had unclean animals walking on it. God commanded Peter to “kill and eat”. Peter told God that he had never eaten anything unclean. This shows that while Jesus was alive in the flesh He never instructed any of His apostles to eat unclean foods. So what did this VISION mean? We read that after Peter awoke from this trance: “Now while Peter wondered within himself what this vision which he had seen meant…” [Acts 10:17] You must understand, Peter knew that God did not mean to eat unhealthy foods…so what was God trying to tell him?
Damn!  You mean I am not supposed to be eating bacon???????

God was telling Peter that the gospel could now be preached to the Gentiles [non-Israelites]. The Gentiles were understood as “unclean” because they were not of literal Israel. Cornelius was a Roman centurion, a Gentile [of the nations], who had been praying that God would allow the Gentiles to receive the gospel of Jesus Christ. God had heard the prayer of Cornelius and had informed Peter through the vision that God had now opened the “door of salvation” to the Gentiles. Peter finally understood the vision:

“But God has shown me that I should not call ANY MAN COMMON OR UNCLEAN.” [Acts 10:28]
Eric's god also told him that besides swearing off all alcohol, he is to be strictly kosher.  But more importantly he and his cult are NOT to be vegetarians (like Adam and Eve) because vegetarians are dirty, filthy, unrepentant, pagans

So not only are the Zadok not to drink alcohol but they are also to strictly follow the CLEAN DIET [food laws] of God [Leviticus 11]. Our bodies are the “temple of the Lord”. Now many who study with us will struggle with these commandments of the Lord but with God “all things are possible”. If you want to be part of the Final Remnant of God’s people and become part of the Holy Nation you must be obedient to these commandments. Otherwise you will be Laodicean.

Also, we are not to be “vegetarian”. The pagan doctrines of vegetarianism must be avoided! Many today are commanding us to “abstain from meats which God created to be received”.

The pagans are “…commanding us to abstain from foods which God created to be received [clean meats] with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the Truth. Every creature of God is good, and nothing to is to be refused [meat is okay to eat] if it is received with thanksgiving, for it is SANCTIFIED BY [through] THE WORD OF GOD  [Leviticus 11] AND PRAYER.” [1st Timothy 4:3-5]

Please understand, God is calling us to be Priests and Kings. We are to take very seriously our calling. Please pray and follow God’s command.

E.W.King

The Clergy Project

The Clergy Project:  Losing Faith in Faith
(Or your faith based community)

The Clergy Project is a confidential online community for active and former clergy who do not hold supernatural beliefs. The Clergy Project launched on March 21st, 2011.

Currently, the community's 500 plus members use it to network and discuss what it's like being an unbelieving leader in a religious community. The Clergy Project’s goal is to support members as they move beyond faith. Members freely discuss issues related to their transition from believer to unbeliever including:

  • Wrestling with intellectual, ethical, philosophical and theological issues
  • Coping with cognitive dissonance
  • Addressing feelings of being stuck and fearing the future
  • Looking for new careers
  • Telling their families
  • Sharing useful resources
  • Living as a nonbeliever with religious spouses and family
  • Using humor to soften the pain
  • Finding a way out of the ministry
  • Adjusting to life after the ministry

I have to say, or maybe I don't have to but I choose to, this chart cuts to the bone. I hate it.  I realize it is a bit of an exaggeration and not the norm, but the generic "minister" in the middle cuts like the proverbial knife. I was one. I was one in WCG and it was a choice.  I had to be there.  There was a time where you would have been of Satan to try and knock me out of it.  Then there is now.  Perhaps I am violating my own rule found in "The Four Agreements" of never taking anything personally.  It is about them, not you.  I once asked someone close to me if I was "one of them?"   They told me, "you were never one of them," and it helped.

I wish I had never heard of the Worldwide Church of God but that was not in the plan evidently.  Someone once told me we write our scripts before we "incarnate" in this life.  I told them "then next time I am going to make a no drinking rule while we think this stuff up!"

 I suppose...

Nonetheless, ministry and doing it in the right setting, with the right beliefs in the right way, before I outgrew this concept of ever being possible, was the goal of my youthful self in my desire to be a church pastor.  After all, what could be more important than knowing the answers to all of life's most important questions about today and after death, then what?  I don't believe I have to repeat my youthful ideas and such about going to Ambassador believing it was a seminary in the traditional sense or my personal church experiences.  The first human I ever anointed for healing as per James 5:14 after being ordained an elder when very young  (that's a bit of humor there) was my blind, deaf and dumb brother.  He's still blind, deaf and dumb but the "what the hell are you doing" look on his face is a great memory!

To the point.  I know the conflict a man or woman can have as they get older in ministry. It is probably one of the most unreasonable "callings" there could ever be. My lesson in , among many, was that the pastor was the sacrificial goat for being and doing what most members never ever intended to be or do.  When they screw up, there were 10,000 forgiveness scriptures flying around.  When the pastor screwed up, they were thrown into hell.  This is true across all denominational lines.

I used to make couples promise, upon pain of eternal something or other , when getting married to never change from that moment on.  I failed to tell them that once out the door, everything would change around them.  I can play the day of my own wedding in my head very clearly and as time went on, I could not do it.  People change.  Circumstances change.  Regrets about ideas believed when younger begin to creep in when older.  Any pastor worth his academic salt could not possibly just believe in later years what he was taught when young.  "They never taught me that" becomes obvious to those who seek.  Organizations, by nature MUST fence you in with your growing in grace in knowledge.  It has to be their kind of grace  and their knowledge.  They all work that way.

I can totally imagine the conflict the average minister in the average or the wacky Church of God , depending on which they got stuck in, is going through.  One can be conflicted and not show it.  One can go through the motions and quietly doubt and wonder what the hell to do or think about it all.  You can be too far down a road to turn around without chaos and it's pretty damn scary.  Sometimes people crack off in a comment or two what the minister should do in such cases, but in my experience, they probably would not be so simplistic or demanding in their solutions for others if it was happening to them.  Transitions are messy and they can take a long time when spiritual matters seem to be at stake.  Ministers balance off the doubts that will always come along with the perceived good they are doing for and with others in their position.  I have had any number of minister types both in WCG and other denominations admit to the conflict between what they had been taught and used to believe and what more or less belief had come as their lives unfolded.  It's a normal process in ministry. No one prepares you for it.  It is painful and can destroy the man and the family.  I have personal ministerial friends who have ended their lives quickly in suicide or slowly in alcohol or just the broken heartedness that can come from reckless theological change .   I asked my nephew what he thought took his WCG minister father's life so young and he said,  "a broken heart."  The Hodgkins Lymphoma was the outward manifestation of the inner pain, IMHO.

I will always credit the Tkaches with reckless theological change no matter who was more correct biblically or theologically.  I have come to feel, for now, that no one gets it right and all religion is a mixed bag of possibilities and improbabilities.   People don't change like that.  The Tkaches brought rapid change pretending they weren't in months that real denominations would bring in decades or more.  They were fools to think so unless they had the intended chaos and outcome in mind to begin with.  Joe's collection of Rolex Watches and getting paid for being head of nothing doesn't make me feel so great but that's his story and this is mine I suppose.

The Clergy Project is a very private and discrete organization founded by Dan Barker , author of Losing Faith in Faith and others who exist to help men and women in clergy who find themselves, for whatever reasons, torn in their calling and coming to doubt the truth they so wanted to be true when younger.  While it is about going from faith to losing faith, the problems and concerns that a torn Church of God minister might have can also be helped by caring and listening former pastors.  It is private and there is no way those over you can access or see your correspondence with The Clergy Project.

"Welcome to the Clergy Project. It is hard to think of any other profession which it is so near to impossible to leave. If a farmer tires of the outdoor life and wants to become an accountant or a teacher or a shopkeeper, he faces difficulties, to be sure. He must learn new skills, raise money, move to another area perhaps. But he doesn't risk losing all his friends, being cast out by his family, being ostracized by his whole community. Clergy who lose their faith suffer double jeopardy. It's as though they lose their job and their marriage and their children on the same day. It is an aspect of the vicious intolerance of religion that a mere change of mind can redound so cruelly on those honest enough to acknowledge it.

The Clergy Project exists to provide a safe haven, a forum where clergy who have lost their faith can meet each other, exchange views, swap problems, counsel each other – for, whatever they may have lost, clergy know how to counsel and comfort. Here you will find confidentiality, sympathy, and a friendly place where you can take your time before deciding how to extricate yourself and when you will feel yourself ready to stand up and face the cool, refreshing wind of truth."

- Richard Dawkins

I am not addressing this from the cold transition from believer to generic unbeliever.  I am not suggesting one must be agnostic or atheist.  I am suggesting any Church of God Lurker Minister or Elder who is struggling with all the ridiculous experience with WCG, GCI, RCG, PCG, LCG and it taking it's toll can find private help to talk it through.  I belong to the Clergy Project as well but have been more active here on Banned for now.  It helped just to read the stories, concerns and realities of men and women in theological change with consequences.  There is not much consequence for the average member to simply walk away.  They go to work on Monday and not much changes in reality.  I know it can be traumatic but they only have themselves to be concerned about.  There are exceptions of course but I believe you all understand what I mean.  I stayed with my local congregation way longer than my mind stayed with anyone "over" me.  I did care about my local congregation.  But you can't win. Stuck between the Devil and the deep blue sea, you lose it all.  I can count on one hand my ongoing friends in ministry with fingers left over.  It takes two hands to cover the members of my own congregations who have stayed friends no matter.

If there is any pastor or elder in the COG experience who is struggling and needs to chat, I promise you complete confidentiality as if it never happened.  If you need to see the experience is not unique in all of ministerial experiences in Christianity, please read the stories at the Clergy Project.  If you are the type of person who has all inclusive scorn for every Church of God minister, who are not all Ministurds in fact and who started out with the same hopes and desires to be and do and teach the right things, stop by the Clergy Project and read how pastoring really works in the real world.  I don't excuse any in ministry but I know that side of the fence and pressure and confusion  churches and religion  cause were and are common in all Churches and Denominations.

Finally, it is no secret that the WCG ministry and thus all those who went on to make fools of themselves all claiming to represent the One True Church and culminate in the foolishness of a Dave Pack, were not well trained in theology or ministry.  I was not.  To study the Gospels and the "Harmony" of them was simply to read them and know the stories.  Rod Meredith would not know a controversial questions or contradiction in the Gospels if it bit him in the bum.  Epistles of Paul classes were reading them classes and generic commenting and know the content.  Old Testament Survey was reading it from Genesis to Malachi and hanging out in the stories that fit whatever one wanted to make them fit .Knowing that half of Paul's Epistles were not written by him was not part of the mix.  Knowing the language they were written in was not required .  The Psychology of ministry or the care and feeding of a congregation was never covered.  I graduated with a 3.97 in what they had to offer and what they had to offer was precious little in reality.  I was an elder at 23 and a Preaching Elder at 24.  Wow...awesome!  Want to know all about the Bible, the mind of God and where the True Church is on earth?  Just ask.  Sigh...

I have attended Episcopal Church the last two weeks for a couple of personal reasons.  I find myself still very torn.  Stuck between a view of life that is real and accurate and stories and myths that, depending on the education, most clergy recognize as well and keep to themselves.   It's a weird profession.  The price has been very high in every way.  I have followed the antics of Dave Pack with both a fascination and a contempt for a man who claims great things for himself and has no training  of any actual worth in theology.  He is an excellent speaker and communicator.  He speaks lies and communicates fairy tales.  He is a weaver of tales and analogies he mistakes for truth at the expense of probably sincere folk who are being conned into what the Bible may say but does not mean.  It is common in all churches.  Dave practices a particularly repulsive form of it to me.

Just when you think the man has crashed in flames, here he comes again for another run on landing safely.  I don't wish him well and I doubt he makes it to the hanger.  But to those of you who actually meant well and feel stuck and lost in all the confusion this and other men can cause you, try the Clergy Project if for nothing else than seeing there is nothing new under the sun when it comes to religious awakening no matter the source and no matter where it takes you.  It will be rough.  Family will suffer, marriages will fail, tensions will rise and the temptation to cover the pain inappropriately will be enormous.  Reality is our friend in the long run and the sooner you get started the sooner you can stop wasting your time, resources and life energy on the insane  ideas others think you need to follow them over the cliff for.

I will encourage you one more time to and as long as you're having the experience anway to...

David C Pack Announces That He Will Have Two or Three More Messages Where He Will Make Excuses For His Abysmal Prophetic Failure And Demand More Money

Dave has been humiliated beyond his exceptions by the fall out of his abysmal prophetic failure.  The public flailing he has received on countless blogs and on Facebook have made him the laughing stock of the Churches of God.  Now he has to swing into damage control.

Upcoming Announcements
Mr. Pack will be posting two or three more “Friday Announcements” in the coming weeks. These will explain in detail additional expansive elements of the Haggai/Zechariah prophecy. They will open your eyes to things that God has long intended to do in His end-time Work that no one ever understood before, and you will see that His Word is plain!

The first will be this Friday, and will cover interesting points and scriptures everyone should keep in mind now. The next one or two will bring clarity to certain questions about “dates,” and how brethren should now view the “when” of the prophecy’s fulfillment.

Davey spent twenty some weeks making plain the message he received from his god.  Apparently his god pulled a big cosmic joke on Davey and now he has to cover his ass with a list of excuses for the next three weeks.

Samuel Kitchen: I am sick of the lies and slander about HWA. He Was An Apostle and you are under GOVERNMENT, so STOP Criticizing Him!

Three hours of mindless blabbering.

Various Facebook groups have had a lot of issues lately with a certain COG member who goes into apoplectic fits anytime someone says something negative about Herbert Armstrong, It is  a father and son team who flood various Facebook pages and other blogs with their endless rants about people criticizing HWA and the church.  They are adept at copying and pasting endless scriptures to support their silliness that no one reads any more.  The main whiner though is Samuel Kitchen.

To them, the great implosion of the Worldwide Church of God was an issue of government and the Jesuits.  The evil Jesuits are out to destroy Armstrongism.   I don't think anyone needs to blame the Jesuits for destroying the COG, the hundreds of splinter group leaders are doing a fine job all on their own!

His Facebook and LinkedIn pages are one big slobberfest of all things HWA and Gerald Waterhouse.

I only posted on that thread because people was trying to figure the author of the book out at looking at his behavior. I posted about the Jesuits. And then I posted about Co-Intel Pro. Then you came on posting comments such as above.
You came on there attacking "people like me", saying a bunch of unchristian things in a way to try to discredit whatever I posted. And so it seems you think you have some kind of "duty" to comment and "jump in" attacking anyone who defends and magnifies the apostle, even this is found in this thread! And "Connie" was on the other thread as well. Which is interesting. If you are not sent by the "Jesuits" who did send you? You admitted you was sent by someone, just not the Jesuits. Who do you work for?

Co-Intel pro is a GOVERNMENTAL form of infiltrators.

The Jesuits are at the heart of all this.

Let me explain a little to the un informed.

After WW2 the Nazi's(doctors, rocket scientists, gestapo's etc) were all smuggled through the Catholic Ratlines(Jesuit system)into allied countries such as America, and with them they created the CIA, NASA, New medical universities etc. This happened through "Operation Paperclip".

CO-INTEL PRO is a CIA initiative, and program.

So the Beast Power (Hitler Mussolini Axis) went underground after WW2 into America, South America, Britain, Russia etc. Actually most went into America and Russia, but watching this system take shape within our country and others is interesting. We have already been taken over by the Beast system, we gave up our sovereignty with the "Lisbon Treaty" of 2009, which gave over our land to the United Nations. But continuing...

I only posted about the Jesuits on the previous thread. You came attacking my character, placing anyone who believes the same in the category of "Terrorists". You came onto this post attacking my character again. That is your history and pattern.

Why is it everytime someone post about HWA, you come on and attack them? You spend your time labeling anyone who would agree with HWA, with "keywords" such as "Terrorists" and "Zealots". And so it's not hard to find what you are about, all we have to do is look at your fruits.

What many do not know, is that I don't like these long dragged out fights. But what I believe is that God placed Mr.Armstrong in the spiritual rank and office of Apostle. And I see the slander and lies that are being told about him as a high level of dishonor and disrespect to the office that God gave to him. It's like Miriam and Aaron speaking against Moses. God said "WHY DID YOU NOT FEAR TO SPEAK AGAINST MY SERVANT MOSES?"
