PCG Thinks It Is Entirely Possible to Be Sinless In Their Lifetime

The Philadelphia Church of God (Flurryism) loves to throw around a verse out of Timothy that it is entirely possible to be sinless in this life time. This is particularly shocking considering that the PCG has to be the most hypocritical and sinful COG's ever to exist.  The Philadelphia Church of God has been mired in controversy and sin since the day of its inceptions.  Drunken leaders, pedophiles, thieves, plagiarists, and liars make up so much of the PCG hierarchy.  Broken families, suicides, child/elder abuse and other grievous practices continue to rain down on PCG members while the hierarchy live in their sin-free bubble.

Yet, in spite of the filth that consumes the PCG, it claims at least in print, that it is entirely possible to be sinless in this life time.  Recently, some former members apparently told a PCG insider that it was impossible for this to happen.

PCG was aghast and quickly pointed out that these spiritually degenerate people had destroyed their character for believing otherwise.


Recently, two individuals told me, It is impossible to come out of sin. They both denied the power, Word and authority of their Creator, with whom “all things are possible” (2 Timothy 3:5).

Tragically, these baptized individuals once observed the memorial of Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread in God’s Church. But now their conduct is destroying their character and revealing a worldly form of godliness that also blatantly denies God’s all-conquering power. For such we pray for a full and speedy repentance (Revelation 3:14-22). Unleavened Bread, Remove, Replace, Rejoice

SINLESS IN THEIR LIFETIME?

NOT A TRUE STATEMENT!

NO ONE IS GOING TO BE SINLESS IN THEIR LIFETIME

...only Christ was.(too many scriptures to mention)

The Bible does say this...

9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,

10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

I would question whether a person could by sheer willpower even practice perfect legalism in this lifetime, let alone perfect what goes on in the battlefields of one's mind. As an example, how often does the typical male think of sex? Isn't it something like every twenty seconds? You can bet it isn't all involving one's spouse, either!

Who judges this? PCG, masquerading as The Church of God? What if they miss something, like that one of their "sinless" ones turned up his nose at a starving family, telling them to "get a job" rather than dipping into his pocket and giving them his change? Also, is it a sin to lie about prophecy, or to refuse to accept the plethora of evidence which disproves British Israelism?

No, these people can't become sinless in this lifetime. That idea is simply part and parcel of the totally false and deceptive system known as Armstrongism, and their diminishment of Jesus.

No. That's a totally goofball statistic.

About half of the male population thinks about sex once or less per day.

That "every twenty seconds" horseshit is something you might expect to hear at a Promise Keepers event (which you can count on as being full of lies spoken from the pulpit).

It is utterly impossible for PCG members to be totally sinless while still members of the PCG.

Following and financially supporting a false prophet, and especially ``That False Prophet`` Gerald Flurry, is a truly great SIN, a ``missing of the mark`` in the worst possible way.

When people obey Gerald`s command to cut off all contact with their parents for no good reason, and thereby disobey the commandment of God to honor their parents, they are truly SINNING.

Foolishly following false prophets NEVER leaves those who do it totally innocent and without sin.
